Nestled in an oasis of peace and tranquillity, all our properties are equipped with every comfort, furnished with elegance and attention to detail and feature spacious and bright interiors with high quality finishes. Each villa is unique and offers an exclusive and private space, with panoramic views of the sea or the surrounding hills. They have large terraces and private gardens, equipped with sun loungers and deckchairs, perfect for enjoying the sun and sea breeze.

Silvia Barbetti was born in 1990 in Milan and from the first months of her life moved to Capoliveri, a small village on the Island of Elba, where her family lives and where she spends her childhood. From the age of 14 to 17 he attended the Liceo Classico in Portoferraio and during this period he began his first intercultural trips abroad. She only stayed there for three years because, full of dreams, interests, passions and, above all, full of a desire to get to know the world outside her island, she went to attend the fourth year of high school in the United States, where she obtained her American baccalaureate.

Once the school year was over and with a baggage full of new adventures, friendships and enchanting places, she returned to Italy to finish her studies, where she graduated in Milan. The following year, given his great interest in different cultures and his desire and ease in making new friends around the world, he enrolled in the Faculty of Communication Sciences at the IULM University in Milan. During her second year of university studies, she won a scholarship and moved for a semester to study at the University of Istanbul in Turkey, a country she was particularly fascinated and enchanted by.

During the period in which she prepares her thesis and is close to graduating, she accompanies her mother, also a real estate agent, to a real estate fair in Moscow. And there, surrounded by only real estate agents, Silvia begins her first experiences in the field of holiday and buying and selling real estate, towards which she begins to develop a certain interest that gives her a glimpse of the prospect of a job that could really make many of her dreams come true.

What could be nicer than travelling, visiting so many properties, evaluating them, dealing with holiday rentals and sales, and meeting so many clients from all over the world? So, in spring 2014, he decided to take the Real Estate Agent exam at the Livorno C.C.I.A.A., passing it with flying colours. She began working on the Island of Elba alongside her mother, who would be a teacher and guide for her. Her ideas are many and her dreams are big, so she decides to focus on a niche clientele: this is how the ElbaLuxury brand was born in 2016.
